We only sell goods intended for business or trade purposes and not for private use. As a trade customer you do not have the same rights as a consumer customer does. This could affect you if you wanted to return goods for example. Please see our Terms & Conditions

Some goods are out of stock. Will you refund my card?

If you pay by card online, payment is taken at the time the order is placed. If some goods are out of stock we will refund the amount to your card.


Why can't I pay by card online if I live outside the UK?

Unfortunately, we are only able to verify cardholder details online for customers in the UK and Channel Islands. If you live outside these areas, we may be able to take payment by card, but will have to take your details over the phone, so that we can check the cardholder name and address with our bank.
